- You should not take Tramazac Td without a doctor's supervision if you have any kind of respiratory, kidney, liver, neuromuscular or mental disorder.
- You should always inform the doctor about any medical history you have as well all the medications you are currently taking.
- You should not stop taking Tramazac Tc without consulting the doctor, as it can lead to various side effects.
- Do not give Tramazac Td to anyone you feel has the same symptoms; it can lead to serious side effects.
- You should inform the doctor if you are taking any vitamins or supplements along with the medication even if the supplement is herbal, ayurvedic or any other category.
Directions for Use
- Tramazac Td has to be taken as per the doctor’s recommendation only. Take as advised by the doctor and preferably at the same time. It can be taken with or without but should be taken with food, preferably to avoid stomach problems.
- Consume the tablet as a whole with some water. Tramazac Tc tablet should not be manipulated in any way by crushing or breaking it.

Interactions with other medicines
- Tramazac Td tends to interact with the following medicines-
- MAO inhibitors can lead to serious side effects if taken with Tramadol.
- Benzodiazepines(used for anxiety and insomnia) can increase the feeling of drowsiness.
- Antibiotics like erythromycin, ciprofloxacin can interfere with the efficacy of Tramadol.
- Antiviral medicines (medicines used for HIV like ritonavir, nelfinavir), Antifungal medicines like ketoconazole can affect the metabolism of the medicine and can interfere with the excretion of medicine.
- Muscle relaxants and Sleeping pills can increase the feeling of drowsiness if taken with Tramadol.
- Medicines taken for nausea or pain can increase the sense of dizziness.
- You must notify the doctor if you’re taking medicine beforehand.
