Trajenta 5 mg tablet is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in addition to diet and exercise to improve blood glucose levels. It contains linagliptin as an active ingredient. It works

by stimulating insulin release and decreasing the release of glucose in the bloodstream.
