Scaboma C Lotion 100ml Description

Scaboma C Lotion is an anti-scabies medicine. Scabies is a skin condition that is caused by a mite. Scaboma C Lotion contains a combination of cetrimide and gamma benzene hexachloride as active subs

tances. It is used for the treatment of scabies only in patients who cannot tolerate other medicines or who have failed treatment with other approved medicines. Do not use this medicine to treat any other skin conditions other than that prescribed by your doctor. Scaboma C Lotion is meant for external application only. Do not use more of the medicine or apply it more often than recommended. Particular care should be taken when using Scaboma C Lotion in infants, children, the elderly, individuals with other skin conditions like atopic dermatitis or psoriasis or those individuals who weigh less than 50 kg.

Scaboma C Lotion is used for the treatment of scabies (infestations of a mite called Sarcoptes scabiei).

Contraindications of Scaboma C Lotion 100ml

  • If you are allergic to cetrimide, gamma benzene hexachloride or any of the other ingredients of Scaboma C Lotion.
  • In body cavities like the mouth or ear or as an enema (a treatment to clean the bowel).
  • If you are using Scaboma C Lotion near the eyes and middle ear and surrounding areas.
  • If you are using this medicine in premature infants.
  • If you have crusted (Norwegian) scabies and other skin conditions (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis).
  • If you have a known uncontrolled seizure/fits disorder.
