Medical Description

Rubifol Tablet is a vitamin supplement containing folic acid and methylcobalamin as active ingredients. It is used to treat and prevent folate deficiency, anaemia (lack of red blood cells), and vitamin B12 deficiency due to various complications or long-term diseases. Folic acid (vitamin B9) replenishes the deficient folic acid in the body, which helps in producing healthy red blood cells and DNA. Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) regulates body functions such as cell growth, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It also protects the nerves from damage by forming a protective layer (myelin) around them. It is recommended to take Rubifol Tablet as advised by a doctor.
