Rexidin Plus mouthwash is an anti-septic mouth rinse solution. It contains chlorhexidine, triclosan and sodium monofluorophosphate. It has anti-plaque and anti-caries actions. It prevents dental plaq

Other General Warnings

- Do not use toothpaste immediately after rinsing with Rexidin Plus mouthwash, as it will diminish its effect.
Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Chlorhexidine prevents the growth of a wide range of microorganisms that causes oral infections.
- Sodium monofluorophosphate is an anticaries agent. It helps prevent and treat dental cavities.
- Triclosan is an antibacterial agent. It prevents the growth and spread of bacteria, fungi and yeast.
Directions for Use
- Use Rexidin Plus mouthwash as advised by your doctor.
- Take the required quantity, rinse your mouth with the undiluted solution for 30-60 seconds.
- Don't rinse your mouth with water or eat and drink anything for 30 minutes post rinse.
- You should not brush your teeth after using this mouthwash as it can reduce the action of this mouthwash.

Interactions with other medicines
- Certain oral products may interact with the action of this mouthwash and lead to reduced effects. Inform your doctor if you are using any products for any oral condition.
Interactions with food items
Avoid tannin-containing food and drinks for at least one hour after using this mouthwash. Few of such food and drinks are coffee, tea, wine, chocolate, grapes, cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, apples, apricots, barley, peaches, dry fruits, mint, basil, rosemary....
Storage and disposal
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep the cap tightly close after every use.
Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Overdose
If you accidentally swallow a quantity more than used for rinsing, get medical help immediately.
Missed a Dose
If you forgot to use it, use it as soon as you remember, else skip and use it the next day.
