Interactions with other medicines
- Anticholinergic medicines: These may decrease the efficacy of domperidone
- Medicines for infections, heart problems, high blood pressure, malaria, AIDS, and Hepatitis C: These medicines may interact with domperidone
- Warfarin: May lead to abnormal bleeding
- Rilpivirine, nelfinavir, and atazanavir: Repepsa D reduces the antiviral effect of these medicines
- Saquinavir: Combination may lead to toxicity
- Digoxin: This medicine may increase the digoxin exposure
- Methotrexate: Serum level of methotrexate can be prolonged
- Tacrolimus: Exposure of tacrolimus may increase
