Relitecan 40Mg Injection

• Treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, usually combined with other chemotherapy medicines
• Treatment of colorectal cancer that has come back or progressed after earlier chemotherapy

• Bone marrow suppression
• Severe diarrhea
• Nausea and vomiting
• Hair loss
• Fatigue

Other General Warnings

• You experience severe, prolonged diarrhea (especially if it begins more than 24 hours after your infusion), as this requires immediate medical attention and aggressive hydration.
• You develop a fever, chills, or signs of infection while your blood counts are low.
• You experience sudden shortness of breath, cough, or breathing difficulties.
• You have a history of Gilbert's syndrome, as specialized monitoring is required.

• Attend all scheduled treatment appointments
• Report signs of infection, unusual bleeding, or severe diarrhea immediately
• Drink plenty of water to help prevent dehydration from diarrhea
• Maintain good nutrition during treatment
• Use contraception during and after treatment if applicable, as this medicine may harm a developing fetus
