Prulastin M Suspension is an anti-allergic medicine. It is used to treat allergic rhinitis such as runny & stuffed nose, blockage in airways, sneezing, itching, watery eyes and other allergic symptom
s. It contains bilastine and montelukast as its active ingredient. This medicine acts by blocking the release of the chemical substance responsible for allergic symptoms. The side effects of Prulastin M Suspension include sleepiness, headache, dizziness, increased appetite, nausea, vomiting, and dry mouth. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor for the prescribed dose and duration. Shake well before use. Keep the bottle tightly closed after every use. It is recommended to take this medicine at the same time every day for optimum benefits. Prulastin M Suspension is not meant for relief from acute asthma; use your inhaler for asthma relief in an acute attack.

Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Montelukast blocks certain natural substances called leukotrienes, which may cause allergies. It reduces swelling, relaxes airways and helps to make breathing easier.
- Bilastine blocks the action of a natural substance called histamine. Histamine is produced by the body during the event of an allergic reaction.
- The combined action of these two components present in the Prulastin M Suspension helps in relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever.
Directions for Use
Prulastin M Suspension should be taken as directed by your doctor. Shake well before use. Keep the bottle tightly closed after every use. It should preferably be taken at night. It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results, and you should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor....
