Prothiaden M 50 mg is a combination medicine used to treat depression, anxiety, and nerve damage. It contains Dosulepin 50 mg and methylcobalamin 1500 mcg. This medicine helps manage anxiety and depr

ession by regulating serotonin and noradrenaline levels. Dosulepin also helps in managing neuropathic pain by altering the perception of pain.Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12. It is used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency and is neuroprotective in nature. This medicine helps in the myelination of neurons (coating the neurons with a protective layer), which get damaged in chronic diseases. It also enhances neuronal excitability and transmissibility.
