Contraindications
- If you have had an allergy to Clonazepam or Paroxetine or any inactive ingredient of the Panazep 25mg tablets.
- If you have liver disease.
- If you have acute narrow-angle Glaucoma.
- If you are taking antidepressants called monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

- You notice any behavioural change. The use of Panazep 25mg tablets in patients with major depression may increase thoughts of suicide, especially in children and younger individuals. Panazep 25mg tablets are not recommended for children.
- You want to stop taking the medication. Suddenly stopping Panazep 25mg tablets may result in severe side effects, including withdrawal symptoms. You should talk to your doctor before stopping Panazep 25mg tablets.
- You are elderly. Lowed doses of Panzaep 25mg tablets may be needed in older adults.
Directions for Use
- You should take Panazep 25mg tablets exactly as recommended by your doctor.
- Take Panazep tablets with water.
- Swallow Panazep tablets as a whole without crushing or breaking.
- Take Panazep tablets at the same time on all days.

- CNS depressants
- Antipsychotics
- Opioids
- Tamoxifen
- Blood thinners like Aspirin and Warfarin
- NSAIDs drugs that affect serotonin levels like triptans, lithium, and tramadol
- Anti-epileptic drugs like Phenytoin.
- The use of MAO inhibitors together with Panazep 25 mg may cause severe side effects.
