Ntn 25 MG Description
Ntn Injection is an antibiotic medicine. It contains netilmicin as the active substance. Ntn Injection is used to treat bacterial infections of the urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin, soft t
issue, blood, blood poisoning by bacteria, brain, respiratory tract, kidney, bones, joints and genitourinary tract. It is also used to treat the bacterial infections caused due to burns, wounds and peri-operative (around the time of surgery) infections. This medicine will be given to you by your doctor or nurse. Do not self-inject it. Before starting Ntn Injection, inform your doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding and about your complete medical history.

How Does It Work?
Ntn Injection is a bactericidal antibiotic, which means that it kills the infection-causing bacteria. It acts by preventing normal protein synthesis in the bacteria, which causes its death.
Directions for Use of Ntn 25 MG
- Ntn Injection will be given by your doctor or nurse.
- Do not self-inject this medicine. Follow any aftercare instructions given by the doctor or nurse.
Interactions of Ntn 25 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Ntn Injection works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- The concurrent and/or sequential systemic or topical use of other nerve-damaging and/or kidney-damaging medicines such as cisplatin, bacitracin, polymyxin B, colistin, cephaloridine, amphotericin B, kanamycin, acyclovir, gentamicin, amikacin, sisomicin, tobramycin, neomycin, streptomycin, paromomycin, cephalothin, viomycin and vancomycin, should be avoided with Ntn Injection. ...
- The concurrent use of this medicine with potent diuretics, such as ethacrynic acid or frusemide, should be avoided.
- Increased kidney damage may occur with the concomitant use of Ntn Injection with some cephalosporins (used to treat bacterial infections).
- Neuromuscular blockade and respiratory paralysis can occur if neuromuscular blocking medicines such as succinylcholine, tubocurarine or decamethonium and anaesthetics are used with this medicine.
Storage and disposal of Ntn 25 MG
- Store Ntn Injection between 2°C and 30°C. Do not freeze.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Dosage of Ntn 25 MG
