Uses
- As per CDSCO, Nortrip Tablet is used to treat depression, neuropathic pain, and nighttime bedwetting.
Contraindications
- If you experience allergies to ingredients of Nortrip Tablet
- If you are consuming Monoamine Oxidase (MAO) Inhibitors
- If you have a history of a recent heart attac

- You have indications of suicidal thinking or conduct.
- You've taken an MAO inhibitor in the last 14 days since it might cause a severe medication interaction.
- You have a history of seizures. The use of Nortrip Tablet may raise your chances of having a stroke.
- You must check your regular blood tests. It determines your blood cell count and the levels of salt and sugar in your blood.
Directions for Use
- Consume Nortrip Tablet with or without meals. You can consume it one to four times per day.
- Please read the label instructions carefully or ask your healthcare provider to describe them to you.
- Consume Nortrip Tablet at regular intervals throughout the day. Take Nortrip Tablet as your doctor prescribes. Do not consume less or more of it.
- Your doctor will most likely begin with smaller Nortrip Tablet dosages and progressively increase them.
- Even if you start feeling fine, continue taking Nortrip Tablet. Stopping Nortrip Tablet without checking your doctor is not a good idea.
- You may have withdrawal symptoms, including nausea, headache, and weakness if you suddenly stop using Nortrip Tablet. Again, your doctor will most likely prefer to reduce your dose progressively.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- There is an interaction between Nortrip Tablet and the following medicines. They might cause weakness or tiredness, nightmares, excitement or anxiety, dry mouth, and changes in appetite or weight when the tablets interact with:
- Blood thinners such as Warfarin
- Sedatives including Zolpidem
- Sulphonylureas like Glimepiride
- Beta-blockers such as Metoprolol
- Oxazolidinones including Linezolid
Interactions with food items
- There is no interaction between Nortrip Tablet and food. However, seek medical assistance before consuming it.
