Neo Swiflox Fc cream is used to treat various types of skin infections with inflammation. It contains three active ingredients: clotrimazole, an antifungal; fluocinolone, a corticosteroid; and neomycin, an antibiotic.

Contraindications

Do not use Neo Swiflox Fc cream if you are allergic to clotrimazole, fluocinolone, neomycin, or other ingredients. Avoid use in viral skin infections such as herpes simplex, shingles, or chickenpox. Do not use on acne vulgaris or in cases of skin tuberculosis.

How does this medicine work?

Clotrimazole fights fungal infections by damaging fungal cell membranes. Fluocinolone blocks inflammatory chemicals that cause redness and swelling. Neomycin kills infection-causing bacteria by interfering with their ability to produce proteins.
