Uses of Metaplatin 50 MG
Metaplatin Powder For Injection is used in the treatment of cancer of the large bowel (stage III colon cancer after surgery to remove the tumour and advanced colon or rectal cancer/colorectal cancer.
Contraindications of Metaplatin 50 MG
- If you are allergic to oxaliplatin or any other ingredient of Metaplatin Powder For Injection.
- If you are breastfeeding.
- If you have a reduced number of blood cells.
- If you have tingling and numbness in the fingers and/or toes and have difficulty performing delicate tasks, such as buttoning clothes.
- If you have severe kidney problems.
