• Decreased testicular size

• Severe chest pain, sudden weakness, difficulty speaking, collapse or other symptoms suggesting a heart attack or stroke.
• Severe allergic reaction.
• Seizures or significant neurological symptoms.

Other General Warnings

• You have prostate cancer with urinary blockage or spinal involvement.
• You have osteoporosis or other bone-loss risk factors.
• You have heart disease.
• You have diabetes
• You have seizures, epilepsy or a neurological disorder
• You have depression or other mental-health problems
• You develop sudden severe headache or vision problems

• Leuprogon injection is administered by a doctor or trained nurse as an injection in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Patients should never attempt to change, delay, skip, or repeat a dose on their own.

• Leuprogon injection is stored according to the specific product labelling and handled by healthcare professionals.
• Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and pets.

• Report new or worsening bone pain, urinary difficulty, blood in the urine or nerve symptoms immediately to your doctor.
• Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, diabetes, seizures, liver disease, osteoporosis risk or depression.
• Discuss all medicines and supplements you take, especially medicines that can prolong the QT interval or increase seizure risk.
