• Diarrhoea

Other General Warnings

• You are 65 years of age or older, which may make you more likely to experience certain side effects and require closer monitoring.
• You have pre-existing liver impairment, as dosage adjustment is required. A lower dose is used for mild or moderate liver impairment, and the medicine is contraindicated in severe liver impairment.
• You have pre-existing kidney impairment. No dose adjustment is generally needed unless kidney function is very severely reduced, in which case your doctor will monitor you closely.
• You experience fever, chills, or any signs of infection during treatment, as prompt medical intervention is required.
• You notice severe, persistent diarrhoea, abdominal pain, signs of dehydration, or blood in your stool.
• You develop sudden allergic symptoms during or shortly after the infusion, such as rash, wheezing, or dizziness.
• You have previously received radiation to the pelvic area, as you may be at higher risk of bladder-related side effects.
• You have any underlying lung disease, as you may be at higher risk of lung-related side effects.

• Attend all scheduled appointments and blood tests during treatment.
• Report any signs of infection (fever, chills) immediately.
• Maintain good nutrition and hydration during treatment.
• Use gentle hair care products if hair loss occurs.
• Manage diarrhoea by staying hydrated and following dietary advice.
• Avoid close contact with people who have infections.
