  • Glucocorticoid treatment may weaken the growth-promoting effects of Somatropin in children.
  • Somatropin treatment increases cytochrome P450 medicines corticosteroids, sex steroids, anticonvulsants, and cyclosporine.
  • Growth hormone may cause a reduction in T4 and an increase in T3
