  • Type 1 diabetes mellitus
  • Liver Disease
  • Kidney Disease (severe)
  • Heart failure
  • Severe respiratory disease
  • If you are a heavy drinker of alcohol
  • If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to this medicine
  • If you have a severe infection, such as infections of lung or your kidney.
