• Burning or stinging sensation at the site of instillation.

Other General Warnings

• You have an underlying medical condition such as diabetes, glaucoma, heart problems, high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, difficulty in urination, etc.
• You have an open wound or other skin injuries around your eyes.
• You have a headache.
• Your eye irritation persists or worsens.
• You have a burning or stinging sensation in the eyes, pain in the eyes, vision problems after using this eye drop, you may need to discontinue the treatment.
• Contact lenses should be removed before each application and may be inserted after 15 minutes.
• Concomitant eye medication should be administered 15 minutes before the installation of the Eye Cool drops.
• To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch the tip to the bottle or vial to any surface and avoid contact with the eye.
• Discard open single-dose container after use.

• Use this medicine as instructed by your doctor.
• Follow directions carefully & do not miss doses.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying.
• Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze.
• Avoid touching your eyes with the dropper and it must be kept clean.
• Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a tissue.
• Use the exact number of drops recommended.

• Store it at 20°C to 25°C in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

• Eye Cool Eye drop is used to treat allergies associated with the eyes. It is used to provide temporary relief from redness, irritation, itching and watering eyes.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the eye drop to avoid introducing any bacteria into your eye.
• Please consult your doctor if you have any other eye conditions before using Eye Cool Eye drop.
• This medication should be taken as long as the doctor has prescribed it to you. The doctor normally adjusts the dose and duration of this medicine depending on the medical condition.
• Redness, irritation and visual disturbance may occur in some individuals with the use of this Eye Cool Eye drop. Inform your doctor if these effects bother you or do not go away.
• You should avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience blurred vision after using Eye Cool Eye drop.
• If you use any other eye drop product in addition to this one, wait at least 15 minutes between applying both medications.

Interactions with other medicines

• Since the Eye Cool Eye drops are to be used externally, it is less likely to interact with other medicines. However, you should always consult your doctor if you are taking other medicines for treating other health conditions.
• If you use another eye drop product concomitantly with Refresh Tears, keep a minimum gap of 15 minutes between the application of two medicines.
