How Does It Work?

• Esylnafil 30x Tablet contains a combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine as active substances.
• Sildenafil works by relaxing the blood vessels of the penis. This helps to fill the penis with enough blood during sexual stimulation to have and maintain an erection.
• Dapoxetine increases the levels of a chemical called serotonin which helps to delay ejaculation time in cases of premature ejaculation.

Overdose

• An overdose of this medicine may cause symptoms like headache, redness of the face and skin, dizziness, indigestion, nose blockage, vision disturbances, sleepiness, nausea, vomiting and tremors.
• If you think you have taken too much of Esylnafil 30x Tablet, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Missed a Dose

• If you missed a dose of Esylnafil 30x Tablet, take it as soon as you remember.
• If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
• Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed dose.
