Contraindications
- Avoid Dotin Tablet if you have any of the following conditions:
- Dotin Tablet hypersensitivity
- Allergies to soy or peanuts
- Using monoamine oxidase inhibitor at the same time
- Heart problems
- Glaucoma (damaged optic nerve)
- Liver problems
- Patients under the age of eighteen

- Dryness of mouth
- Drowsiness
- Increased heart rate
- Orthostatic hypotension (a condition where the blood pressure drops on standing up from sitting or sleeping position)
- Weight gain
- Shaking and trembling of feet and arms

Directions for Use
- Follow your doctor’s instructions on using Dotin Tablet. Don’t crush or break the tablet. Take Dotin Tablet with or without food. However, it’s best if you take medicine at a fixed time daily.
