Dolonex Injection works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2).

Dolonex Injection is administered parenterally. To be taken with or after food.
Interactions of Dolonex Im 20 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Dolonex Injection decreases platelet aggregation and increases bleeding time
- Risk of nephrotoxicity when ciclosporin is given with Dolonex Injection
- Corticosteroids increase the risk of ulceration with Dolonex Injection
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Dolonex Injection

Store at room temperature 20°C to 25°C, keep away from pets and children

Overdose
- Overdose of Dolonex Injection may require activated charcoal to re-absorb the medicine
