  • Dex Z Powder increases the renal clearance of salicylates
  • Phenytoin, barbiturates, ephedrine, carbamazepine, rifampicin enhance the metabolic clearance rate of Dex Z Powder
  • Patients being treated with indomethacin show false-negative results in Dexamethasone suppression test
  • Corticosteroid treatment changes the efficacy of coumarin anti-coagulants
  • Corticosteroids antagonize the effect of hypoglycaemic agents
  • Hypokalaemia maybe developed when potassion-depleting diuretics are given along with Dex Z Powder
  • If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Dex Z Powder
