Dailyglim M 2mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Description
Dailyglim M2 Tablet PR is a prescription medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control high blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not enough. This tablet contains two active ingredients, Glimepiride and Metformin, which work together to maintain normal blood glucose levels. Proper control of blood sugar helps prevent complications such as nerve damage, kidney damage, and heart disease.
The medicine works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas and enhancing the body's ability to utilize insulin. Dailyglim M2 Tablet PR helps your body respond better to insulin and lowers the amount of sugar your liver produces. By keeping your blood sugar under control, this medicine also helps reduce long-term risks linked with diabetes.
You should take Dailyglim M2 Tablet PR exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It is best taken with meals, preferably with the first main meal of the day, to avoid stomach discomfort. Try to take it at the same time every day for consistent blood sugar control. Do not skip meals while taking this medicine, as it may increase the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Common side effects of Dailyglim M2 Tablet PR may include nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, or dizziness. These side effects are usually mild and typically subside as your body adjusts to the medication. However, if you notice symptoms such as confusion, sweating, tremors, or an irregular heartbeat, contact your doctor immediately, as these could indicate low blood sugar.
Before starting Dailyglim M2 Tablet PR, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Also, share your complete medical history, especially if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems. Maintaining a healthy diet, staying active, and taking your medicine regularly can help achieve better control of your diabetes and improve your overall health.
