D Venlor Tablet is a prescription medicine mainly used in the treatment of major depressive disorder. It is composed of a single active ingredient: desvenlafaxine. It is an antidepressant medicine. I

t increases certain chemical messengers in the brain, which helps manage the symptoms of depression and elevates mood. Major depressive disorder is a type of mood disorder. It is also known as clinical depression. It causes intense sadness, loneliness, and loss of interest in life. D Venlor tablet helps lower these symptoms, which can improve quality of life. This medicine can have specific side effects like drowsiness, loss of appetite, sexual dysfunction, etc. Consult your doctor if you have any of them for a long duration. Do not stop taking D Venlor Tablet without consulting your doctor, as it can cause withdrawal symptoms like sweating, tremors, dizziness, irritability, etc. The dose of this medicine should be monitored because it can cause self-harmful and suicidal thoughts when used for a long duration. You should not drink or drive after taking this. It should not be given to children without consulting a doctor due to the increased risk of suicidal behaviour.
