Medical Description
Cyclopam Tablet is a medicine commonly used to relieve abdominal pain, cramps, and spasms. It contains two active ingredients: paracetamol and dicyclomine. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever, while dicyclomine works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Together, they help alleviate discomfort caused by conditions such as kidney stones, gallbladder pain, intestinal blockages, or menstrual cramps.
You should take Cyclopam Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Try to take Cyclopam Tablet at the same time each day to maintain a steady level in your body. Do not skip doses, and do not take more than the recommended amount. Stopping Cyclopam Tablet suddenly without your doctor’s advice may cause your symptoms to return or worsen.
Before taking Cyclopam Tablet, it’s essential to inform your doctor about your complete medical history. Please inform them if you have any other health conditions or are taking any other medications, including over-the-counter drugs or supplements. This will help prevent unwanted side effects or interactions with Cyclopam Tablet.
Cyclopam Tablet is not suitable for children under the age of 12. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before using Cyclopam Tablet. Your doctor will decide whether Cyclopam Tablet is safe for you based on your condition and the stage of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Other medicines similar to Cyclopam Tablet include Spasmonil Tablet, Colimex Tablet, and Baralgan NU Tablet. These also contain paracetamol and dicyclomine and are used for the same types of pain and cramps. However, always take Cyclopam Tablet or any substitute only as prescribed, and avoid switching without your doctor’s guidance.
