Ceftum 500 MG Description
Ceftum 500 tablet is used to treat bacterial infections of the tonsils, throat, sinus, ears, respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin infections and soft tissue. It is an antibiotic medicine containing Cefuroxime as its active ingredient.
Cefuroxime is a higher antibiotic that belongs to the class of cephalosporins. It works by inhibiting bacteria's cell wall synthesis, causing their death. Your doctor will decide the dose, frequency, and duration of treatment with Ceftum 500. Always take this medicine as prescribed.
