Uses of Buspin 10 MG

Contraindications of Buspin 10 MG
- 1- Previously had a hypersensitive reaction to buspirone.
- 2- Renal impairment
- This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment due to the increased risk of the patient's condition worsening.
- 3- Liver impairment
- Due to the increased risk of the patient's condition worsening, this medicine is not indicated for use in patients with severe liver impairment.
- 4- MAO inhibitor
- Because of the increased risk of worsening of the patient's hypertension and serotonin syndrome, this medicine is not advised for use in patients taking MAO inhibitors. To avoid drug interactions, a 14-day interval between treatments with these medications should be maintained....

Presynaptic terminal releases serotonin and its reuptaken, so Buspin 10 mg blocks the reuptake, making it available for more time at the synapse of the nerve....

Overdose
