- Bromex Tablet should not be taken with some blood pressure medicines such as methyldopa, guanethidine, and some beta-blockers such as atenolol and calcium channel blockers such as nifedipine.

- Bromex Tablet should not be taken with MAO inhibitors such as linezolid, isocarboxazid, methylene blue, metaxalone, phenelzine, moclobemide, rasagiline, procarbazine, selegiline, safinamide, tranylcypromine. Combining these medications may induce severe or fatal medicine interactions....
