Betnesol 0.5mg Tablet
Betnesol 0.5 MG Description
Betnesol tablet is a steroid medicine. It is used in patients with allergies, immune-related disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, bronchial asthma, skin and other allergic conditions to subside associate
d symptoms. Betnesol tablets help relieve inflammation (redness, swelling, itching). This tablet is a steroid medicine containing betamethasone as its active ingredient. It works in the prevention of inflammation by binding to the steroid receptor. It also stimulates natural substances in the skin, reducing inflammation and swelling. Take medicine exactly as told by the doctor. Do not miss any dose or stop taking it without consulting the doctor. You must complete the entire course with the medicine. Please do not increase the amount or discontinue abruptly without consulting the prescriber, as it may worsen the disease condition. Some common side effects of Betnesol tablets are nausea, indigestion and heartburn, but not everybody gets them. These side effects usually go away with time. But if you feel the side effects persist, you should consult your doctor. Betnesol might cause an upset stomach, thus may be taken with meals to reduce these side effects. Small frequent meals and frequent mouth care might help reduce it. Limit intake of caffeine. Doctors may recommend increased dietary vitamins, minerals or iron. Before using Betnesol tablet, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history. This medicine might make it harder for the patient to fight off the infection. Thus inform your doctor of any signs of infection like a sore throat or unhealed injuries. Also, avoiding crowds and persons with contagious or infectious conditions would be best.
