How does this medicine work?

This medicine combines three active ingredients to treat different types of vaginal infections. Secnidazole and azithromycin kill harmful bacteria and parasites, while fluconazole stops the growth of yeast. By targeting multiple organisms at once, this combination provides faster, more complete relief from vaginal infections.

Interactions with food items

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Most women notice improvement in symptoms like itching and discharge within a few days. Complete symptom relief may take until the full treatment course is finished.
It is best to avoid sexual intercourse during treatment to allow the infection to heal and to prevent passing the infection to your partner. If you use hormonal contraception, this medicine may reduce its effectiveness, so consider using an additional barrier method during treatment.
Contact your doctor if symptoms persist, return within a few weeks, or if you develop severe irritation, fever, or pelvic pain. Your doctor can check for other causes and recommend further treatment.
