To have LivEasy Wellness ORS (Oral Rehydration Salt) you must first boil water, let it cool down and then add the specified amount of ORS powder in 200ml, that is one glass of water. Stir until the powder is completely mixed and drink. Adults and older children should drink at least 3 quarts or litres of ORS a day until they are feeling well. If you are vomiting, continue to try to drink the ORS. Infants can have one to two litres of ORS over 24 hours or as advised by the doctor.
