Medical Description

Verifica Dm tablet is an anti-diabetic combination medication containing Dapagliflozin, Metformin Hydrochloride, and Vildagliptin. It is used to manage type 2 diabetes (non insulin-dependent) along with diet and exercise.

The medication helps lower blood sugar by promoting excess glucose excretion through urine, reducing intestinal glucose absorption, and inhibiting enzymes that break down incretins, which regulate blood sugar levels.

Follow your doctor’s prescribed dosage and duration, avoid skipping meals, and opt for small, frequent meals. Contraindications of VERIFICA DM STRIP OF 10 TABLETS

If you are allergic to dapagliflozin, vildagliptin, metformin, or any other ingredients of Verifica Dm tablet.
If you have liver or severe kidney problems.
If you are an alcoholic.
If you have uncontrolled diabetes.
If you have any heart problems, or if you recently had a heart attack.
If you have a severe infection of the lung or kidney. Infections can increase the risk of lactic acidosis.
