amazac Capsule can relieve general or localised pain. It can be used in pain due to arthritis, headaches, lower back pain, etc. Tramazac Capsule contains Tramadol as an active ingredient. Tramadol belongs to a group of opioid analgesics (narcotic pain relievers). It works by blocking the pain signal in the brain from the place of injury/ damage. Tramazac Capsule should be taken in dosage and duration as advised by your doctor. This medicine should not be taken without consulting a doctor as it possesses habit-forming tendencies. Do not stop consuming this medicine abruptly without consulting your doctor, as it can cause worsening of your condition or may even lead to withdrawal symptoms. Tell your doctor and pharmacist what other medications, herbal products, vitamins and nutritional supplements you are consuming or plan to take as there is a chance of drug interaction. Uses of Tramazac 50 MG
- As per CDSCO, Tramazac Capsule is used for:
- Management of moderate to severe acute pain
- Management of chronic (long term) pain due to a disease or injury
Contraindications of Tramazac 50 MG
- If you are allergic to any component of the Tramazac Capsule, i.e., Tramadol.
- If you have any seizure disorders.
- If you have a head injury.
- If you have stomach bleeding and intestinal perforation.
- If you have intestinal obstructions, like paralytic ileus.
- If you have respiratory illness or breathing difficulties.
- If you have a history of alcohol and drug abuse.
- If you have liver and kidney disease.
- If you are under 17, opioid medicine is contraindicated in children

How Does It Work?
Directions for Use of Tramazac 50 MG
- Take the Tramazac Capsule as prescribed by the doctor.
- You can take this capsule with or without food or as prescribed.
- Take this medicine on a regular schedule, preferably at the same time every day.
- Consume the whole capsule with a glass of water. Do not crush/break the capsule or chew this medicine.
- Do not take this capsule with other medications without consulting your doctor.
- Don’t stop taking this medication abruptly, as it may lead to withdrawal symptoms.
- Do not consume if the package is opened.
- Do not exceed the dosage, even if you cannot feel its effects.
Interactions of Tramazac 50 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of this medication with other Central Nervous System depressants like Alprazolam, Diazepam, Clonazepam and other opioids (pain relieving drugs) like codeine and morphine are strictly contraindicated, as they may cause respiratory depression, coma and even death....
- This medicine should not be used concomitantly or within two weeks of using Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) like isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue, Selegiline, Rasagiline, etc. It is potentially life-threatening....
- Interaction with an antidepressant like imipramine, desipramine, antihistamines (allergy medicines) like levocetirizine, cetirizine, and other Pain killers, such as morphine, oxycodone, fentanyl, hydrocodone, codeine, sleeping pills, etc. Can increase drowsiness and fatigue....
- Interaction with antifungal medicines like fluconazole, ketoconazole, and itraconazole can reduce its effects.
