Uses
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S is used for treatment in the following conditions:
- In short-term comfort of pain
- To treat inflammation
- To treat swelling in joints and muscles
Contraindications
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10’S are contraindicated in the following cases:
- If you have allergy to any of the components of Tramatas Plus Tab 10'S
- If you have analgesic nephropathy (kidney disease)
- If you have liver disease
Side effects
- The side effects of Tramatas Plus Tab 10'S are as follows:
- Upset stomach
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Constipation
- Weakness
- Dryness in the mouth

- You have an allergy to any of its components.
- You have liver or kidney failure.
- You have kidney disease. Please check with your doctor as a dose adjustment of Tramatas Plus Tab 10'S may be needed in such cases.
- You have liver conditions. Tramatas Plus Tab 10'S must be given with caution to patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
Directions for Use
- Take the medication as specified by the physician.
- Do not take more than advised or for a more extended period than needed.
- Take the dose for the shortest possible time.
- Take it with food or without food.
- Take the medication on an empty stomach if you require fast pain relief.
- Do not take it when you do not have pain or fever.
- Do not stop taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says. The dose and duration will depend on how well it helps your symptoms.
- The dose for children is distinct from the adult dose.

- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Warfarin. Ask your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines.
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Alprazolam. Combining Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S with anti-anxiety medicines may cause side effects.
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Carbamazepine. Notify your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines like Carbamazepine.
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Ketoconazole. Check with your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines and anti-fungal medicine.
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Ciprofloxacin. Avoid treatment with antibiotics if you are taking Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S.
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10'S interacts with Lapatinib. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients taking anti-cancer medications.
Interactions with food items
- Tramatas Plus Tablet 10's might interact with grapefruit juice.
- Avoid intake of grapefruit juice with Tramatas Tablet 10's as it may augment the medicine levels in the body.
- No other food interactions are known with Tramatas Plus Tab 10'S.
