Mode of Action of Skintop Cream 5gm
How Does It Work?
Clotrimazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis against fungi. Beclomethasone acts by inhibiting inflammatory cells and releasing inflammatory mediators. Neomycin binds to bacterial ribosomes and hinders protein synthesis....

Skintop Cream is administered as a thin layer to the effected area topically.
Interactions of Skintop Cream 5gm
Interactions with other medicines
- Clotrimazole may damage latex contraceptives and reduce its efficacy
- Aspirin increases the severity of adverse effects with beclomethasone
- The metabolism of alectinib can be increased with beclomethasone
- Anthrax vaccine with beclomethasone increases the risk or severity of infection
- Excretion rate of neomycin maybe decreased by acetaminophen
- The risk of bleeding can be increased when neomycin is combined with acenocoumarol
- Nephrotoxicity maybe increased by aspirin with neomycin
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Skintop Cream
Storage and disposal of Skintop Cream 5gm
Store at 25ºC (77ºF). Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Dosage of Skintop Cream 5gm
Overdose
- No Skintop cream overdose incidents, unintentional or purposeful have been observed.
- Do seek immediate medical attention if you over dose.
