How Does It Work?
Restek H Tablet contains Trihexyphenidyl and Risperidone. Risperidone is the atypical antipsychotic that improves mood, thinking, and behaviour by regulating the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and dopamine). Trihexyphenidyl is the anticholinergic that acts on the neurological system to address a few chemical imbalances that underlie Parkinson's disease and some antipsychotic-related side effects....
Directions for Use
- Restek H Tab must be taken orally with a glass of water by swallowing the tablets.
- Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of this medication.
- Take it all in at once.
- It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken.
- It must be consumed without or with food.
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Restek H Tab should not be taken with some narcotics such as codeine. Combining these medications may cause several adverse effects, such as death, coma, and respiratory distress.
- Restek H Tab should not be taken with some selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors such as sertraline. Combining these medications may raise the likelihood of abnormal heart rhythm.
