Rejumet 1000mg tablet is a combination medicine used to treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It contains Metformin Hydrochloride, a Biguanide and Vitamin B12, also known as cyanocobalamin. It is used to t

reat Diabetes Mellitus when diet and exercise do not result in optimum control of blood glucose levels. Vitamin B12 acts as a nerve protector and helps relieve symptoms of tingling numbness which is commonly seen in patients with diabetes. You can take this tablet with or without food.
