Ranozex 1gm Tab is an anti-anginal medicine that is used to treat angina pectoris. The generic name of Ranozex 1gm Tab is ranolazine.

The uses of Ranozex 1gm Tab are in the treatment of a condition that is associated with severe chest pain known as angina pectoris.
Contraindications of Ranozex 1gm Tab
Those who are allergic to this medicine or have liver or kidney disorders should avoid the medicine. Patients with ongoing treatment of bacterial infections (with clarithromycin, telithromycin, etc.), HIV, fungal infections (with itraconazole, ketoconazole, etc.), depression (on nefazodone or other medicines) or heart rhythm disorders (with quinidine, dofetilide, etc.) should also avoid this medicine.
