Pregnancy

Dosage of Ranolazine
Overdose
High doses of ranolazine produce dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. Severe tremor, incoordination, difficulty speaking, and seeing things that don’t exist(hallucinations) have also been reported in cases of overdose with ranolazine. Seek emergency medical attention immediately....
Missed a Dose
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time (less than 6 hours) to take your next dose. Do not take an extra or double dose to compensate for a forgotten dose....
