Piopar 15 MG Description

Piopar 15 tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine. It is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is when your pancreas does not make enough insulin to control blood sugar levels

and your body can also not use its insulin efficiently. This causes high blood sugar levels in your body, which can cause medical problems like heart disease, kidney disease, blindness, and poor blood flow in your hands and legs. Piopar 15 tablet contains pioglitazone as the active ingredient. It works by controlling your body's sugar levels and making better insulin use. You should take this medicine in the exact dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not miss any dose or abruptly stop taking Piopar 15 tablet. Before starting this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, notify the doctor of your detailed medical history, including all the medicines you are currently taking. Contraindications of Piopar 15 MG

If you are allergic to pioglitazone or any of the ingredients of Piopar 15 tablet.
If you have diabetic ketoacidosis (a complication of diabetes along with nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and rapid weight loss).
If you have any heart problems like heart failure.
If you have any problems with your liver.
If you ever had or have bladder cancer.
If you notice blood in your urine.
