Petril 2 MG Description

Petril Tablets is a medicine used to treat epilepsy, seizures, and anxiety disorders. The main salt in this medicine is clonazepam, an anticonvulsant drug. The most common way of consuming this table

t is through the oral route- swallowed with water. Epilepsy is a condition in which there is an unusual activity of neurons in the brain. Fits, seizures and abnormal behaviour characterise this condition. The main side effects include- drowsiness, behaviour changes, nausea, sleep uneasiness, etc. However, it is to be noted that these effects start with the initial doses and happen to subside as the course of the treatment goes into later stages. The dose of this medicine starts at a lower dose and then gradually increases. Petril Tablets is a prescription medicine and should never be taken without consultation with the doctor. This medicine should always be taken at the same time every day. One should neither take the overdose nor skip any dose during the ongoing treatment.
