- If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredients of Penegra 50 mg tablet.
- If you are taking medications called nitrates which can lead to a decrease in blood pressure.
- If you are taking a medicine called riociguat used for the treatment of arterial blood pressure.
- If you are suffering from any severe heart or liver problems.
- If you had a stroke or heart attack.
- If you have certain inherited eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa.
- If you have ever had a loss of vision.
