Pemetero 100 Mg Injection 1

• If you are allergic to pemetrexed or any other ingredients present in this medicine.
• If you are breastfeeding
• If you received or plan to receive vaccine against yellow fever.

• Fever
• Infection
• Vomiting
• Nausea
• Dairrhoea
• Loss of appetite
• Hair loss
• Loss of blood counts

Other General Warnings

• You have kidney or liver problems
• You have any history of radiation therapy or planning to undergo it
• You are vaccinated or planned for any vaccination
• You have any heart problems
• You have any excess fluid present in and around lungs. If you are unsure consult your doctor.
• Pemetero Injection is not relevant to use in children
• It is recommended to use effective contraceptive measures to avoid the risk of birth defects. It is recommended to matured males that not to become a father during the treatment and thereafter, up to 6 months.
• You have a known history of deficiency of folate and vitamin B12
• You have lower blood counts. If you are unsure, then consult your doctor.

Overdose

• The posibility for the overdose is unlikely as this medicine will be administered/given by a healthcare professional. If any unusual signs and symptoms like rashes, fever, diarrhoea, etc experienced, then immediately inform your doctor.

Missed a Dose

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Pemetero Injection works, or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction. Also, you should inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination scheduled.
• Especially if you take/receive/administer medicines like ibuprofen for pain, other pain medicines, penicillin, probenecid etc.
• The use of Pemetero Injection may have an increased risk of clot formation. Your doctor may prescribe anti-clot formation medicines to eliminate the risk.
