Medical Description
Pacimol Active tablet is a fever and pain-reducing medicine. It contains a combination of paracetamol and caffeine as active substances. It is used to treat various types of pain such as headaches, migraine, toothache, and nerve pain. Paracetamol works by blocking the synthesis of a chemical called prostaglandin responsible for pain and inflammation. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that helps to reduce pain. Pacimol Active tablet should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women and children below the age of 12 years. Take this medicine as suggested by the doctor and in the dose and duration prescribed. Taking more than the daily dose of this medicine may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions like swelling of the face, mouth & throat, difficulty in breathing, itching, or rashes. Do not use it for more than two days unless directed by the doctor. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.
Uses
- Pacimol Active tablet is used in the treatment of mild to moderate pain like headache, migraine, toothache, sore throat, period pain, and nerve pain.
- It also provides relief of the symptoms of sprain, muscle pain, joint swelling, and stiffness.
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to caffeine or paracetamol or any other ingredients of Pacimol Active tablet.
- If you are suffering from high blood pressure or any heart disease.
- If you have a history of anxiety.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If your age is below 12 years.
- If you are taking medicines for psychiatric diseases, anxiety, decongestants, and high blood pressure.

How Does It Work?
- Pacimol Active tablet contains a combination of paracetamol and caffeine as active substances.
