• If you are allergic to dehydroepiandrosterone, ubidecarenone or any other ingredients of Ovaflo -Q10 Tablet.
• If you are having any form of cancer or are at risk of having cancer (as this medicine promotes the growth of some cancer cells).
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If you have diabetes and are prone to low blood sugar levels.
• If you are taking medication for blood pressure.
• If you are also on blood thinners.
• If you have liver or kidney disease.

• Acne

• Upset stomach
• Nausea
• Vomiting

Other General Warnings

• You are at a risk of breast cancer (including post-menopausal women) or prostate cancer (as this medicine increases the chances of these cancers on long-term treatment).
• You have high blood cholesterol levels.
• You have a history of heart or mental problems.
• You have liver and/or kidney problems.
• You have thyroid issues.
• You are pregnant or breast feeding.

• Take this medicine as a whole with sufficient amount of water at a fixed time to gain optimal benefits.
• Do not break, crush or chew the medicine.
• Always take it as advised by your doctor for the prescribed duration.
• It may be taken with or without food.

• Store it below 25°C in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it out of the sight and reach of children and pets.
• Do not use this medicine after its expiry date.
• Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.

• Dehydroepiandrosterone DHEA in this medicine releases a female hormone that helps improve ovarian function, supporting the production of female eggs and enhancing fertility.
• Ubidecarenone is crucial for cellular energy production as it gathers electrons from key complexes in the mitochondria, which are essential for synthesising ATP, our energy source. It transports electrons and protons while also acting as an antioxidant, safeguarding cell membranes and preventing the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Ovaflo-Q10 Tablet works, or this tablet itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbal supplements you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interactions.
• In particular, if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, high/abnormal cholesterol levels, blood thinners, anti-infectives, anti-diabetics, anti-asthmatics, pain killers, immunomodulatory medicines or medicines for brain-related disorders.
• Medicine for mental illness, such as citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, can worsen the mental status; thus, they should be used cautiously.
• Combining it with alcohol, Phenytoin, or Tacrine can heighten the risk of muscle issues such as pain or weakness.
• Using it with Acetohexamide may increase the likelihood of low blood sugar levels.
