Medical Description
Oflomac M Forte suspension is an antibiotic medicine. Oflomac M Forte is used for treating loose motions caused due to mixed bacterial infections. It is a combination medicine containing ofloxacin and metronidazole. Ofloxacin works by killing the bacteria responsible for the infection. Metronidazole works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria and parasites responsible for infections. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor for the prescribed duration. Do not miss or skip the dose of this syrup. Nausea or vomiting, headache, sleeplessness, loose motion, an upset stomach are some of the side effects of using this medicine. If the side effects do not go away on their own or your child's condition doesn't improve over time then inform your child’s doctor. Oflomac M Forte suspension is specially designed for use in children and should be used under adults’ supervision.

Contraindications
- If your child is allergic to ofloxacin, metronidazole or any other ingredients of Oflomac M Forte suspension.
- If your child has a history of tendonitis (inflammation of tendon, a fibrous chord attaching muscle to bone).
- If your child has a history of recurrent seizures (epilepsy).

Directions for Use
- Give Oflomac M Forte suspension to your child with or without food as prescribed by the doctor.
- Shake it well before use. Use a measuring cup, spoon or dropper for the exact quantity.

- Store Oflomac M Forte suspension below 25°C in a cool and dry place.
- Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
