• If you are allergic to this medicine or any other ingredients of Nurokind D3 tablet.
• If you have too much calcium in the blood.
• If you have malabsorption syndrome.
• If you have hypervitaminosis D (High levels of vitamin D in your body).

Other General Warnings

• You are pregnant, planning to have a baby or are breastfeeding. Do not take this medicine without consulting your doctor.
• If you have any existing medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, kidney, liver or prostate problems or any other diseases, be sure to consult your doctor before starting the Nurokind D3 tablet.
• You have a condition called malabsorption syndrome or megaloblastic anaemia.
• You have too much calcium in the blood.
• You are suffering from folate deficiency, and this medicine should be used with caution.
• You are on other medications, supplements or following any complementary or integrative health approaches.
• You should not take the Nurokind D3 tablet if you are allergic to any of the components of this medicine.
• You are going to undergo any surgery or operation.
• You should avoid consuming alcohol in an excessive amount.
• You should avoid driving if you do not feel well or are unable to be alert.
• Your symptoms persist or worsen.
• This medicine should be taken in doses and duration prescribed by the doctor.

• Nurokind D3 tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
• It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
• You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.

• Store Nurokind D3 tablets in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
• Keep it out of the sight and reach of children and pets.

• Nurokind D3 tablet is a multivitamin supplement used to manage vitamin deficiencies and support healthy nerve function in conditions like diabetic neuropathy.
• Take this supplement as directed. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

How Does It Work?

• Nurokind D3 tablet works by the combined action of its five different constituents - alpha-lipoic acid, folic acid, methylcobalamin, pyridoxine, and vitamin D3.
• Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that helps in reducing the hyperglycemia-induced cell death of nerves. It can also reduce pain, abnormal sensation and numbness associated with diabetic neuropathy.
• Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 which helps in the formation of nerve cells and regeneration of damaged nerves in the brain.
• Vitamin D3 plays an important role in neuronal function, improves the synthesis of neuronal cells and can prevent damage to neurons.
• Folic acid is involved in certain reactions, such as methylation and synthesis of neurotransmitters and can improve nerve conduction in diabetic neuropathy.
• Pyridoxine, also known as vitamin B6, is a crucial component for various reactions and acts as a co-enzyme in the body.

Interactions with other medicines

• Certain medicines can affect the way the Nurokind D3 tablet works, or this medicine itself can affect the action of other medicines taken at the same time.
• You should always tell the doctor if you are taking any other medicines, herbal preparations and supplements to avoid any interaction.
• Concomitant use of the Nurokind D3 tablet, along with medicines used to treat fits (phenobarbital phenytoin) and oral contraceptives, can alter its effects.
• Concomitant use along with Chloramphenicol injection may reduce the effectiveness of Chloramphenicol.
• Vitamin C, if taken along with this medicine, should be taken at least 2 hours after meals.
• Other medicines like Neomycin, Aminosalicylic acid, Isoniazid, Rifampicin (antibiotics), medicines used to treat stomach ulcers (Cimetidine, Omeprazole), Colchicine (used to treat gout), Penicillamine, Sulfasalazine (used to treat rheumatoid arthritis), Levodopa (used to treat Parkinson’s disease) and potassium supplements should be used cautiously.
