• If you are allergic to benzalkonium chloride, xylometazoline or any other ingredient of Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray.
• If you have had a surgery called transsphenoidal hypophysectomy for removing pituitary or other tumors in the brain.
• If your mucosa of the nose is dry and swollen.
• If you have a condition of increased pressure in the eyes called narrow-angle glaucoma.

• Headache
• Nausea
• Burning sensation
• Dryness of nasal mucosa
• Nasal discomfort

Other General Warnings

• You have high blood pressure or heart or blood vessel disorder.
• You have thyroid disorders.
• You have diabetes.
• You have a tumor of the adrenal glands called pheochromocytoma.
• You have an enlarged prostate.
• You are taking or have taken medicines called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) in the last 14 days.
• You have been using this medicine for more than a week.

• Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray should be used exactly as directed by your doctor.
• Preferably use this medicine after blowing the nose.
• It is recommended to use the last daily dose before going to bed.
• Spray the medicine into the nose while slowly breathing during spraying.
• After spraying, remove the nozzle from the nose.
• Clean and dry the nozzle after use.
• In case of contact with your eyes, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.

• Store Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray in a cool and dry place below 25°C away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Overdose

• Symptoms of an overdose of this medicine include dizziness, sweating, decrease in body temperature, headache and high blood pressure.
• If you think you have used too much of Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Missed a Dose

• If you missed using Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray, use it as soon as you remember.
• Do not use double to compensate for the missed application.

How Does It Work?

• Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray contains a combination of benzalkonium chloride and xylometazoline as active substances.
• Benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative and also has antiseptic and disinfectant properties.
• Xylometazoline constricts the blood vessels of the nose which helps to relieve nose blockage and allows for easy breathing.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Nosy Clear Adult Nasal Spray works or this medicine itself may interfere with the working of other medicines.
• Inform your doctor about all other medicines, herbals or supplements that you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for the management of mental disorders (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) or have taken these in the last 14 days.
• Caution should be exercised if you are taking tricyclic or tetracyclic antidepressants (used for the management of depression) and medicines used for the management of high blood pressure (beta-blockers).
