A: It is advised to follow the prescription advised by your doctor and learn about the recommended diet and hydration. You should take an easily digestible diet in small, frequent portions. Make it least oily n least spicy. Fluid loss due to diarrhoea and vomiting should be maintained by a good intake of water and electrolytes. WHO ORS can be taken for rehydration.
